Undergraduate Program
In This Section:
The mission of the undergraduate program is to provide students with a didactic program that covers the breadth of knowledge in nutrition from molecules to organisms to populations, provides opportunities for research, and offers practical experiences and training.
Goals include
- The dietetic programs at The Pennsylvania State University will prepare
graduates to be competent entry-level dietitians.
- Through encouragement, motivation, and support program faculty and staff
will increase the number of students who complete their dietetics program
of study.
- The program will prepare graduates with life-long learning skills who are prepared to advance in their field.
