Maureen Spill, Graduate Student
Maureen became a member of the lab as a PhD student in the Fall of 2007. Her background includes a B.S. in Food Science from the Pennsylvania State University and a M.S. in Food Science/Sensory Evaluation from the University of California- Davis. Maureen has spent the last few years working with Campbell Soup Company as a sensory researcher at their World Headquarters office in Camden, NJ as well as at their subsidiary Campbell Arnott's in Sydney, Australia. Maureen's research interests include energy intake in children and improving children's diet quality.
