Shannon Lengel, Research Technician
Shannon has been working in the lab since January 2009. She graduated from Penn State University in December 2008 with a B.S. in Nutritional Sciences. She plans to attend her dietetic internship in the fall of 2010 to complete her requirements to become a Registered Dietitian. She interacts with subjects in our studies and is involved in study implementation.
