Ashlee Hughes, Research Technician
Ashlee has been working in the lab since June 2008. She graduated from Penn State University in May 2008 with a BS in the Nutritional Sciences. She plans to attend her dietetic internship in the fall of 2010 to complete her requirements to become a registered dietitian. After her internship she hopes to work with children in the field of nutrition education. She interacts with the subjects in the lab and is involved in study implementation.
