Alexandria Blatt, Graduate Student
Alex is a doctoral student who joined the lab in Fall 2007. She obtained her BS in Nutritional Sciences here at Penn State in 2004. She then went on to earn her Master's degree at Case University along with her dietetic internship at University Hospitals of Cleveland. Alex's research interests include energy intake, energy density, and satiation effects of protein in adults.
